Malassezia yeasts grow in the presence of fatty acids with carbon chain lengths of 11-24.123
Please note: The various species of Malassezia have different metabolic needs. An ingredient which will feed one species may not feed another. Concentration is also variable in the effect a fatty acid may have on the growth of Malassezia. At this time, Sezia does not make such differentiations.
